The Center for the Study of World Christian Revitalization Movements

           The first of three annual consultations on the dynamics of Christian revitalization movements has been scheduled for October 15-18, 2009 (Thursday evening through Sunday morning). The consultation will assemble scholars and practitioners from across the globe who will explore the historical and contemporary expressions of revitalization within the world Christian community. It will convene as an international consultation at Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky, a leading institution in the Wesleyan holiness tradition which has a robust commitment to engaging the global Christian community in theological education.  The consultation will include both public events and focused consultative sessions.     Subsequent…
